June 21-24 - Middle School Summer Foodies Baking, Swimming & More!

Join us for 4 days of fabulous food and fun with baking, swimming and more!  We are a cooking/baking club set apart from the rest!  Each and every day we bake both savory and sweet and there is alwas something for everyone.  Our ingredients are never fixed and kids can select and personalize everything they make.  Kids will prepare their own lunch from a variety of options and we will also create some home made beauty products.

Everything we make is totally from scratch and this week we will be creating 

+Baked Items to include Babka, Pizza, Foccacia, Bagels

+Savory items to include French Tart/Galettes, Potsticker Dumplings, Vietnamese Spring Rolls, Bourekas

+Sweets to include Cakesicles, Filled Letter Cookie cakes, Summer Cupcakes , Black+White Cookies

+Beauty - Lemon Face Scrub /Coffee Exfoliating Scrub / Avocado Hair Masks for the non swimmers

Menu subject to change slightly subject to dynamic of the group but over the course of the 4 days we will focus on cooking and baking as much of the above as possible.  All food will be brought home to share with the family.  Please bring containers to take the beauty products home!

Al-Fresco Lunch on the Patio around a large table is included - pasta or sandwiches that the kids will customize and make as a team - all in a relaxed, friendly encouraging environment.  Teamwork is paramount and encouraged.  Kids can come with a friend or come on their own, either way they will feel welcome and included.

Optional supervised swimming for the last half hour of the day.  If swimming is not preferred, we will create home made beauty products as an optional activity.
